CAKE SINGKONG

Cake Singkong

Bahan-bahan :

75 gram gula pasir

175 gram mentega

4 butir telur

150 gram tepung terigu

150 gram singkong kukus, dihaluskan

50 gram keju cheddar, diparut

100 gram jamur kancing, diiris tipis

100 gram corned beef

1 sendok makan peterseli, dicincang halus

Cara membuat :

Kocok gula dan mentega sampai lembut. Masukkan telur satu per satu sambil dikocok hingga lembut.

Tambahkan tepung terigu, aduk rata. Masukkan singkong , keju, jamur, corned beef, dan peterseli. Aduk rata.

Tuang ke dalam loyang loaf yang dioles margarin dan dialasi kertas roti. Oven selama 40 menit dengan suhu 170 derajat Celsius.
